This week's issue of Time
includes a surprisingly reasonable article about Chavez. It is of course from a neoliberal and elitist perspective (mentions "free-market reforms that are allegedly widening the gap between [Latin America]'s rich and poor" -- guess all those people are just "allegedly" living in poverty), but framing aside, it makes an effort to stick to the facts. Check it out here
Though I do like the part where they claim Chavez has "Castro-esque paranoia" about U.S. intervention, and then cites the Bay of Pigs. Umm, guys, the Bay of Pigs really happened...if you're trying to say that Chavez's paranoia is groundless, not the best example!
